When Are Refunds Processed?

We operate a strict, fair refund policy. We do not process refunds until we are unable to provide a working solution for what you paid for.

If you rent a Private Number and it fails to receive the SMS you expected, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate the issue.

• If we can provide a replacement number that successfully works for your service, the original charge stands and no refund is issued.
• If we are entirely unable to provide a working number for the specific service you are trying to verify, we will refund the credit back to your account wallet.

Wallet Top-Ups

Please note that funds deposited into your wallet (via OxaPay or Polar) are non-refundable to the original payment method. Any refunds for non-working numbers will be credited back to your ReceiveFreeSMS wallet balance so you can try other numbers or services.

How to Request a Review

If you believe a number is faulty, contact our support team with:

• The number you rented
• The service you were trying to receive an SMS from
• The timestamp of your attempt

Our team will review the logs and assist you promptly.
